Treatment fees are due at the time of service. While I am an in-network provider for Aetna, I also work with many clients as an out-of-network provider. If you have a different insurance carrier, I can provide a monthly statement (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits. Payment is accepted via credit card at the time of session.
